We went with 3 lugagges but came back with many many more... hahah... if we checked in another 3Kg and we would have exceeded the baggage limit liao... hahah... but i tink we exceeded oredi cos we actuali hand carried 3 bags wor... :Þ hmm... oh n we oso bought 2 of the big luggages there... if not i tink sure cant bring our barangs back to Singapore liao...
Had BK breakfast at the airport while waiting for our flight... heheh... 1st time I'm hafin that wor... shared with mummy cos i knw the moment we reach and meet up with Alvin and JoJo onli we will be eatin n shopping non-stop... heheh... :)
Of cos the 1st plc we went to after checking in to our hotel was Chatuchak!!! I had a mission... and that was to meet Pora at her shop to collect our DIY tees... hahaha... turned out very nice... at the shop we ended makin more collars for Tommy and Terry... n we oso bought some clothes there... :) But sadly... the dress and jumper i bought for Tamy was too small... so haf to sell it away... :S
We met up with Alvin at the market opp Chatuchak. While waiting for them, we bought sugar cane... *slurp* so thirsty after walkin for hours... This is the market where the rich go to to get food n grocceries... When the trio arrived, Uncle ordered for us the all time beef noodles... yum yum... n also the mango n sticky rice and thai durian... hehe... tis was the start of our makan session =Þ
We spotted some elephants while we were at the market... they looked so adorable... according to JoJo... it was illegal for them to bring elephants around nw unlike before... so we didnt go to near them but I managed to snap some shots of the elephants :)
As we were leaving, I saw this guy with a cart of fruits n in it there were mini water melons... so cute ah.... never saw such watermelons in spore... dunno haf or not... or mayb i sway ku... :)
While waiting for Koko & Uncle Eric to come, we went to the Golden Mount... wah... we had to climb 344 steps to get to the top and another 344 steps to go back down... heheh... very good view from the top and we bought good luck charms to hang on the stands located on the roof top... :)
For dinner, Alvin brought us to Coca Restaruant... and we were given the Jasmine room... fwahsay... the room was big and there was sofa and even TV in tt room... looked like a living room man... The food was fantastic... after evyone finished our steamboat, the lady came to make porridge from the soup that was used earlier... wah nice ah....
Jojo's Olive fried rice finally arrived... we were surprised when we saw such a big claypot... they prepared the rice for evyone... wah... so full lor... but very very delicious... As we were abt to finish, it started pouring and the rain in BKK was terrible... no warning at all... jus very strong winds... n sudden down pour... the road outside the restaurant was flooded... and I managed to get a shot of how heavy the rain was...
An interesting fact that I learnt was that when u look at the base of the mangosteen, the number of "petals" it has will be the same as the number of pieces inside... hehehe... we did a few test and it turned out correct... amazing ah... :P

We had the famous beef noodles n beef & chicken balls the next day for breakfast... yum yum... Since it was the 1st time in BKK for my family, we brought them sight-seeing... went to the Grand Palace... and took some shots there... :)
After this we went to buy tidbits in Chinatown n had the tea break... At nite we had seafood... Alvin brought us to this place... yippy... had my prawns... but sad la... this time round, I only had 2 pieces of prawns during the whole trip... *soB* next time i go BKK i must eat more of the prawns ah... took some pics cos by the time the food came we were too bz eating liao... hahah... :Þ
We brought them to Platinum, Central World, MBK, Siam Square and also Siam Paragon the next day. Came across this HP Shop tt had a shelf full of Hello Kitty HPs... Angie would have gone crazy if she saw this man... :) We also went to Siam Ocean World located at the basement of Siam Paragon... took a train there...
While packing our luggage the night before we were supposed to come back to Singapore, I decided to take a pic of evything I bought... heheh... I managed to cover the whole King size bed lor... goodness... heheh... bought tshirts... doggy stuffs n lots of bags for my own use... :D
On our last day, we went to Pratunam market and Van bought the most stuff there... I also bought some stuff... While on the way back, I was abit figitive as I couldnt wait to see hw Tamy was... So I took out my cam n took more pics to pass the time... heheh... this was what we had for dinner on the plane :) Oh ya~ as I mentioned earlier, we left with 3 luggages.... and this is wat we came back with... hehehe... :) Papa said we are the shopping queens... but i tink we did ok... 11 luggages onli mah... =Þ
After touching down on Wednesday, we went back to Hougang n saw Tommy and Terry... aiyo both grew fatter but Tommy grew so big... jus 5 days past n we were all surprised... all the more i wanted to see Tamy... so we took the car and went to fetch Tamy from Fionn's plc... wah she was hafin a good time with Yoshi and Shiro... she grew slightly bigger n taller but her growth was not as much as Tommy even though they are 1 month apart.
We went to fetch Toby home yesterday... :) He looked like he had a fabulous time with Charco and Cola too... :) heard tt something funny happened... cant wait to see Flo for her updates... oh and Toby taught Charco hw to jump onto the sofa lor... aiyoyo... heheh... n Charco taught Toby hw to drink from the water dispenser... heheh... :)
Went back to work to pass the tidbits and also stuff tt I bought for them from Naraya. Heheh... brought Toby & Tamy for a car ride as well... finally Esther got to see both of them :) Went back to Hougang for dinner before coming home... hmm... somehw, Toby is finally accepting Tamy... he lets her lie or sit near him now... :)
Somehow even their sleeping position oso similar ah.... =Þ
Brought the both of them to the vet today cos Tamy's 2nd jab was due... In the cab, Toby let her lie against him and also rest her head on his body... for the 1st time... and I managed to get this shot of them together :)
Tamy weighs 3.1Kg and Toby weighs 8Kg :) macho boy ah... Dr Heng gave Tamy her jab n she didnt flinch or growl or do anythin... she jus stood there quietly... Dr Heng said she was a brave girl... heheh... :) she also did a round of check-up and said that Tamy was healthy and commented that she was tall for her age...
She then checked Toby... n said he was ok... his skin irritation has healed n his anal sac problem he had is normal :) YiPPy!~ checked with Dr Heng on the op and told her I wanted to send the both of them for operation at the same time... she said that since I would be on long leave, its ok for me to send both together since both of them would have deeper incisions made.
We have not decided whether to sterilise both of them together in August or not. Hmm... Tamy would be microchipped either next month when she gets her last puppy vaccination or when she goes for the op in August... I hope when the time comes, I would have come up with a decision lor... :) Took a pic of them in the cab... Toby gradually accepting Tamy and allowing her near him!~ So happy to see that they both of them can get along with each other :)
