It's finally up!!~
Yes!!! Christmas is coming! My favourite time of the year... The lights and decorations are finally up along Orchard Road and also within the shopping centres :) Christmas carols are starting to be played indoors as well.. It's beginning to look alot like Christmas... Everywhere you go... And I couldnt resist not taking any pics as we move from one shopping centre to another... :) A pity my cam batt was flat and I ended u taking pics using my Pixon... :P
The colors blend so nicely... The huge tree outside Paragon attracted lots of tourist and passerbys who stopped to take pics... :)

We were supposed to put up the X'mas deco last week but there was so many things to do n so little time that it got pushed over to this week... finally our place is 90% completed... :) I'm left with doing a little bit more of shopping for some closer ones and having to wrap all the pressies that is currently occupying almost 1/2 the study room... :P Here's how our place looks like from the start to what it is now :)
As usual, Toby had to check out what we were doing...
And while we were taking out the ornaments, this is wat Toby did... :D
Probably wondering what's gonna be under the tree and if any of it would be his? Hahah... :P
He too wanted to take a peek at which ornaments we decided to use this year :P
We've also done something more this year and Toby was curious and kept looking n looking to see what daddy was up to... :)
This star was the something extra... :P And this is what we did...
After all the hanging, arranging, cuttin and connecting... Voila!!~ The final result!! :)
This is Tamy's 2nd Christmas with us and she is still not used to all the mess and especially the X'mas tree and reindeer. She runs away at the sight of these. Hehehe... all she's done today is to either hide in some corner or else she's curled up at the corner on the sofa looking at what we're busy with... :P
It's been awhile since I've seen Toby do nothing apart from looking at something in particular and tonite, I caught him doing jus that. With Tamy by his side, gazing at the lights... :)
Well, we're almost done with the X'mas deco for today. Tmw, it'll be bath time for the furries and sorting of the X'mas pressies. I'm pretty sure I'm 60-70% done with the pressies. Fast rite... I hope to be able to wrap at least 1/2 of the presents on hand if not all... :) We've gotta order the food next week once we get at least 80% confirmation. So peeps whom I've invited, please remember to RSVP by Wednesday ya... :) It's 6 more weeks to Christmas!! Ho Ho Ho!!!~ :D

~*~ Round the Island ~*~
Today has been an extremely long day for us even though it only began at 12.30pm... we headed to my BIL's place to fetch WeiWei and EnEn as we'd agreed the nite before that we would be bringing them out for brunch... our 1st stop was to Jones the Grocer @ Dempsey Hill :D Nice place to chill when u dunno where to go or if you jus wanna laze the day away over a cup of coffee with frenz...
While waiting for our seats, we took more pics...
We were finally seated indoors and it was time for more pics while waiting for our orders to arrive :P
Our food arrived within minutes... i tink we waited less than 10 minutes even though there was a crowd for Saturaday brunch... oh yes~ this place serves breakie till 3pm on weekends... how cool is that!!~ :P

After we had our fill, we headed down to IMM as I've been wanting to head over to Daiso to get a few stuff... We then went back home for a short while before leaving for Angie's place. Just before going off, Mr Lee said he needed his fix of caffeine so off to the kopitiam opp our place for some afternoon tea~ :P while waiting for our drinks, we took more pics...
Off we went to Sengkang :) Now you know what I meant by round the island... :P they boys seem to be enjoyin themselves alot...

We left Angie's place around 7pm or so and headed down to 1 of the nearby kopitiam for dinner before we said our goodbyes... on our way home, we found out that the 2 boys have not been to the Night Safari and since we would be passing by, we made a short pitstop over hoping to be able to catch the last performance of the fire eaters for the night. *Can't remember what they're called*
Weiwei got inspired to put off the flames after watching the performance earlier on :P Soon after, EnEn also joined in... together with their powers combined... the flame continued burning... hehehe... :P
We then headed back to the carpark after a super long day out. The boys have worked hard the last 10 months and I hope they've enjoyed this break from all the school work, homework, exams, tuitions and extra clases they have had to go thru during school term... :)

Finally, we arrived at Angie's place... :) Nicky was having his afternoon nap when we arrived so I had more time to spend with my little angel, Natalie :D She's grown SO MUCH since the last time I saw her... I'm so happy that she didnt cry when she saw me... heheh... instead she gave me such a lovely giggle when I called out her name... hehehe... maybe she remembers this godma of hers who hasn't visited her for awhile... *oOps* Ok ok i will make a mental note to visit her more often... :) and yes I brought another eeyore for her too... hehehe... :P~

And here's Bebe... I think he remembers me too... after we stepped into the house, he stops barking and keeps coming to me... hehehe... tummy rubs... kisses... pats.... everything... haha~ each time i move about, he's there too... and he's even decided to seat next to my feet wherever I'm seated at... :D *pst Angie!~ can board at my place oredi... he'll be best frenz with Toby*
And after a short while, the Prince awakes... :D he was smiling his sunshine smile as he walked out of the room with Daddy... kekek... Seems pretty happy to see us... :) I bought Nicky a little gift as well... hehehe.... happy to see that he's recovering well and fast!~ :)

And while we were talking, we realised that Nattie's bouncer belt came off... kekeke... so we decided to take her off the bouncer... Nattie looks like she's goin to be able to seat on her own soon... kekeke... :) She's so compact and has this strong grip... and she loves my long hair cos she cant stop "touching" it... kekeke... :P

Over the checkpoint
Mr Lee has once again cross the bridge for cheaper petrol and I'm pretty sure he has also gone to wash the car once again since it's been almost 3 hours since he left home and is still not back... *siGh* I wonder where he's gone... The furries have been playin all nite and they got tired waiting that they fell asleep next to one another under the computer table while I was busy chatting with Zhi and of cos managing my cafe in cyber world... :)

I'm glad that it's Friday oredi... :) which means another 9hours at work and its the weekend... no plans to bring the furries out this week. But we do have plans for breakfast on sat and I'm going to be visiting my other 2 precious on sat as well :) Woopie!!~ :) I cant wait to see those 2 darlings... and YES!!! Mr Lee is home... :)

~*~ BBQ By The Sea & Other Stuffs ~*~
My my my... it's been a very busy weekend for me... all the preparations for the BBQ to celebrate Sara's 21st and My Big 3.0!!~ Yes now everyone knows my age... Oh Well... lots of things happened last week apart from the preparation. It was Mr Cheng's Birthday, Chitra's last day and Nicky got injured while in school on Thursday... What a BIG present it was for Sengster as it happens to be his birthday...
My heart goes out to this little charmer... heart pain whenever I look at his injured self... makes me wanna cry each time I tink of the accident especially when his family takes such care of him to ensure his safety and well-being, child proof the whole house n all and yet he had to be the one injured while in school... *siGh* Angie sent me this pic after he had his stitches.... Poor Darling... I hope he recovers well and fast~ Be brave & strong little prince...

Our 21st and 30th Ballons...
Shortly after I came back with the balloons, it started pouring!! :( Everyone including the duos took shelter in the pavillion...

As the rain got heavier, our helium balloons started drooping downwards...
Mummy with the bunch of untied helium ballons... :)
Everyone started to get listless as the rain jus kept gettin heavier...
I'm so blessed and happy to have friends & relatives who still turned up for the bbq in the rain.. :) A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who braved the rain and came for the event. I hope you enjoyed yourselves and I hope we've been good host. We'll be better next round :D

Mr Lee with his buah song look... My Love got drenched in the rain a couple of times throughout the whole day... He still looks wet here... Thank God he hasnt fallen sick...

Handsome Ebi came as well... :) Emma, Junior & Jester stayed home cos of the rain...
My babies who were super shack.... they ended sleeping on the stone bench with towels covering them as it was too bright and they usually dun slp when the lights are still on... kekeke... of cos Tamy's an exception. She's able to slp anywhere anytime... :P

We hung around ECP as Sara's friends from Amos came after work for the BBQ.... that was my 1st time stayin at ECP for more than 1/2 a day~ This was taken around 3+ in the morning~ The sky was slightly orangy... All in all, we njoyed ourselves very much and we hope you did... Till our next BIG gathering during X'mas :D My favourite time of the year.. Ho Ho Ho... Look out for my invitation soon :P

Friday was Chitra's last day at work... gonna miss this crazy girl and i really do hope that our paths will cross again... Lucky her, she's off to Ireland for a well deserved break... :) We bought a parting gift for her and she's named him Bruno... :)

Dinner @ Buckeroo
Some of us decided to head down to Buckeroo last friday to challenge ourselves to some spicy levels of buffalo wings and of cos to taste the other dishes as well :P It was still kinda empty when we arrived and we managed to get a rather good seat :) It is encouraged to make reservations especially if you decide to pop by this place on Friday nights or over the weekend...
Well we ordered, Mushroom soup, Onion Rings, Calamari, Mashed Potato, Coleslaw and the all time famous Buffalo Wings!!~ :)
'As we heard reviews that it could get too spicy, we initially ordered only Level 1 & 2~ After a shortwhile, everything was served and Level 2 wings came 1st. Jez and I tried it and we had a HUH!? expression on our face while the rest had the oh its slightly spicy look... kekeke... For me and Jez, it was more sourish than spicy... After abit of discussion, we decided to up the Level 1 wings to Level 5!! Wahahah... :)
When it finally arrived, Dinesh and Garry felt that it was way too spicy for their liking... Priya onli had 1 small piece of meat from me and she couldnt take it... she was drinking cups n cups of water... Jez & myself, once again tot that it was not too bad... it had the spice but after awhile, it tasted onli as if we were eating chilli padi... kekeke...
After some thought, Dinesh concluded that we were beyond insanity... in fact, he said that it was madness... Anyway, Jez came up with this idea to take a pic of everyone to rate how we all felt about the wings for Level 2 and 5... here goes... :P

kekeke... I guess the next time when we bring esther (our other chilli queen), we will order a plate of Level... 8 maybe? hehehe... I cant wait... :P Hahaha... well tt aboout sums up everything... I cant wait for the week to end cos it's gonna be the BBQ By the Sea soon :) Kekek...
