Hectic Weekend

We arrived at K9 Campus slight after 12pm yesterday and was 1 of the 1st few to arrive... This was where our gathering was held at... The cafe area for us to chill out and part of the dog run cum agility area...



We opted for the buffet lunch and the spread was rather decent... curry chicken was a disappointment though n the chicken wings were a tad burnt n oily... kekek... :)



All the schnauzers were mingling within the cafe area while their pawrents started eating... :)

We remembered to take our group photo this round... An awesome turnout of a total of 20 pawrents and 19 schnauzers for this gathering... Thanks once again to Serene for organising our almost monthly get-togethers... :) We missed some other parents and their furkids who weren't able to make it this round... no worries ya guys... we'll have another round soon!~ :)



We were supposed to send Toby & Tamy to Fur N Away for a bath since it was within the campus vicinity. Called to book appointment about 1 week ago and they guys said that it was not a problem for a 2.30pm bath appointment for the both of them. So shortly after our photo-taking session, we walked over and saw a signage saying that they were closed from the 2nd to the 6th or was it 7th July as they were going to Malaysia for some grooming competition or some.

WTF sia!!! I didnt bother reading further as I was damn pissed with the guy who took my booking! ASSHOLE! Didnt he realise that they wouldnt be around when I called to make an appointment? Damn sia~ In the end, we had to take a cab back to bath the 2 furries ourselves... ArGh!!! Took us another 2 hours or so to finish everything... I was so tired n slpy by den that I K.O within minutes of lyin down on the sofa. Garry had to wake me up at 6.20pm for a bath as my BIL was almost on their way over. *siGh*

~*~ Happie 63rd Birthday, MaMa ~*~

My BIL came over to fetch us around 6.45pm as we were meeting the rest of the family for dinner to celebrate my MIL's 63rd Birthday. We had initially planned to have crab at the Crab Master at Sunshine Place. When we arrived, it continued to rain cats and dogs and the place was rather cramp and wet. So, after getting the consenses of all, we headed down to Bukit Batok to have dinner at the Guilin Restaurant located with the premises of the Cedans.

Dinner was good. It's our 2nd time there and the food was good. The portion was alot like the last time we went. Everyone had their fill and I looked forward to dessert!~ :) Thank god it wasn't Orh Ni... PUI!!!~ That's the No.1 dessert that I detest most... The smell of it reminds me of baby's puke that I feel like gagging each time I catch a whift of it... hahaha... anyway, we somekind of muah ji and also aloe vera with jelly. not too bad la... something light to end dinner with...

Den, we went back to Sunshin Place without my MIL's knowledge to get her her Birthday cake... :) What's a birthday without blowing the candles rite? hahaha.... after that it was off to my BIL's place...




Then everyone sang the birthday song in Chinese & English... :)





After the durian cake, the kids continued hafin fun with their Uncle... hehehe.... :)







These 2 girls are always taking turns to close their eyes whenever I press the camera button... *siGh*



Well, that about sums up my weekend... extremely short, filled with activities and tiring... hahah... my weekends always pass too fast... if only there was more than 48hrs during the weekend... but knowing myself, it will still be packed with lots of activities... :P
