Each time I eat my favourite black carrot cake, I will be reminded of her. Each time we eat putumayam, we will remember her cos these are some of her favourite food. Each time we have supper at nite, we will remember her sayin... "Aiyo... better stop having so much supper ah... all fat oredi..." Many many fond memories and places we've been to together and outings that we had will always be a memory I will keep stored in me.
YiChiPo, a lady who has showed us what it is to be selfless... to love unconditionally... to put others before herself always even when she will sick. A living example for all to emulate and learn from. She has lived her life to the fullest with no regrets. YiChiPo... I will always remember what you have said to me... the lessons you have taught me... I love you and will miss you very much.
On a happier note, after the funeral, we went back to Faber to have lunch and mingle around before leaving for home. We were all worn out mentally, emotionally and physically... but... we decided to go to Qian Hu to try their fish spa... the experience was great!! :) Though it was rather ticklelish at first, you sort of get used to the feeling of the fishes nibbling at your feet.
There are smaller fishes on 1 side of the area while bigger ones were swimming at the other end. I started off with the smaller fishes... boy was that a bad idea... it was so ticklelish especially when u lifted your feet off the ground. Those fishes would be nibbling the sole of your feet... aiyoz... cannot tahan.... after awhile, the feeling sorts of becomes numb... after a few minutes, I decided to go to the area where there were bigger fishes... hehehe... the feelin was good!!
After this, we headed to the goat farm to get some chocolate goat milk before heading for home... By then it was close to 2+ in the afternoon... and after having lunch, papa and the rest of the family went back to Hougang. Shortly after they left, I went to join Mr Lee for a nap... been waiting for the weekend to come and it's finally here... but during this short 2 weeks, we have lost someone we hold dear to our hearts... the 2 kids were happily playing throughout... oblivious to anything around them...
