It's been awhile...

Wow it's been sometime since I last updated my blog... this is gonna be a pretty long entry i believe... :) work has been the same... the boys are gettin bigger... we celebrated Zhi's Bday at Hotel Rendevous and went to The Long Bar... Toby finally went for his Full grooming at RPP... While he was there, we brought the boys to East Coast Park to pass the time while waiting... Joelle has given birth on 4 April 08 which happened to be Richard's Bday... Angie will be coming back from her 3 months maternity leave on Monday... but the most exciting thing that has happened is that we found a beagle today!!!~

Van called me around 3.15pm and told me that she found a male beagle roaming around outside our hse in Hougang... so she went out to check out this dog... when she whistled for him to come... he actually went to her... hahaha.... He in question is actually Shiro which we found out... good thing i end work at 4pm today so rushed back to hougang to take a look.... not before printing the Dog Found Notice...

Got some help from those kinds souls in SPC on how the notice was supposed to look like... initially, i did the poster with a pic of Shiro... but after advise from posh ma i took the pic out...



Kekeke.... den printed abt 40 odd copies before leaving ofc... took a cab n pia down... when i saw Shiro i was like o0o0o.... a full grown beagle... kekeke.... after abt 20min or so... we brought him for a walk around the estate together with the posters.... stuck them at lift landings... and next to the letterboxes and also at bus-stops...

Abt 2 hours later, Sara called Van after she ended work at Famous Amos n said she was on her way home... she didnt believe that we had a beagle with us and that we were walking ard... so we then met up with her and continued our rounds.... at about 6.30pm, Van received a call from someone who claimed to own Shiro... told us his name and he sort of responded to it when we called him.... so we arranged to meet somewhere near our house.... turned out that she was the maid who took care of Shiro... Hmm.... :

According to her, Shiro is normally let out in the afternoons for 2hrs or so by HIMSELF! And after he roams around the neighbourhood and those his business n stuff, he'll know how to go home... hmm.... intelligent dog but not a good practice wor.... I was kinda surprised and told her that it's not advisable to let him roam around with no ID tags... especially since no one is down with him... wat if he met with an accident, or if there was a dog fight or if someone dognapped him?

She didnt say much and jus kept quiet n kept saying that he knws how to go home n tt he's not good with other others... hmm... den y let him down alone? I felt like tellin her that he was fine with our 2 boys lor... still played with them, ate their food n drank from their bowl...Well.... I guess we've done wat we can.... I'm jus glad that we found him and that he's safe at home. Dun wanna tink wat would happen if he fell into wrong hands. Anyway.... i took some pics of him when he was at our plc.....

I'm counting down and it's 3 more weeks till we fly to Bangkok... I can't wait... so many things to buy!!!~ Hehehe.... but before that... I have the End of Renewal Session Dinner on 30 April, Megan's 1st month shower will be on 3 May... cant wait to see her in person... :) Then there's another company dinner but this time with the Wiley pple on 16 May. We're goin on the Spore Flyer... hehehe.... will be sending Toby for boarding at Florence's plc that nite since we'll be on the 1st flight out on 17 May...

From now till then... I will also be expecting to hear from a home breeder about the birth of schnauzer puppies!!!! Wahaha.... I cant wait!! I'm sssooooo excited... cos i was initially told that they would only be born around end May but last week she sms-ed me that their EDD could be on 1st May... which is like next week~ hehehe.... I'm wishin.. hoping... praying that they would be born either before I leave for BKK or after I come back... den i confirm will pia down to see them... heheh... :) u can tell how excited I am... so many events coming up over such a short period of time... so be assured that I will update~ :) Till den.... take care ah...

Left office with LiMing n Chitra at 5pm today but it was raining so heavily lor... damn sia... n i had to wear the super flowy skirt of mine!~ Hard time walking sia... :( Anyway we came across this "fountain" that was shooting out from this drainage hole at the side of our office enterance... like the fountain in the middle of Bugis Junction! I jus had to take a pic of it... heheh... :)



It's Garry's Bday today... Met for dinner after work. Was supposed to go IMM but bcos it was raining so heavily we decided to go to Lot 1. Hmm... ended up makaning at Siam Kitchen... food was not too bad... but I forgot to take a pic of wat we ordered lor... hehehe... after dinner we went to Four Leaves to collect his Birthday cake~ hehehe... took some pics as well... :)

Latest Addition in the Family ~ Tommy~

Its been awhile since I updated you guys with what's happened to me and those around me... Slacking at work now so this would be a rather short one... even Garry has gone to Shen Zhen and back... hahaha... tts hw long I've not been updating this...

On a much happier note, we've adopted another dog!!! :) Well more like my sister adopted him... He's a 2 month old puppy that's a cross between a JRT (Dad) and a Shihtzu (Mum) but he seems to have more of the traits of a JRT. Looks like one... behaves like one too... He is the youngest and only male puppy and he's the baby of our family now... hehehe....

When I was at the airport fetching Garry on Sunday afternoon, I jokingly told him that we had another puppy and showed him a pic of Tommy and his Er Jie saying that Tommy would be in Hougang and the female one would be with us... Surprisingly, he didnt scold me much! He jus said You ah! Y u anyhow adopt a puppy when I'm not in Singapore? Hehehe... Then after awhile he said want to adopt oso adopt the same breed as Toby mah!

Wahahahaha.... when i heard him say that I was so jubilated man!!! :) Cos it means that he's almost approving me of gettin another... anyhow to cut the whole story short... it seems like Garry prefers a male dog instead of a female one... wahaha... He wants a dog that has been paper or toilet trained too... I told him can find 1 male MS considered very good liao lor... hehehe... Sooo... I will seriously look for a Male MS after we come back from BKK in May!! Woo Hoo!!!

Tommy stayed with us on Sunday nite... Heard from Van that when everyone went to sleep, tommy was in his basket. Initially, everything was peaceful but after awhile he started making noise. They then placed him next to Terry and soon, he was quiet again. But it was shortlived. hehehe... he starting barking again, and after sometime, Terry barked at him, as though he was scolding Tommy and telling him to be quiet... hahaha.... it didnt reali help cos he continued. Came to a point where Terry even got out of his baasket n slpt else where! hahaha....

In the end, both Sara and Van had to go downstairs to sleep with Little Tommy :) Hope all is well now.... Cant see him until the following week since this weekend's all occupied!~ Anyway took many pics of them so here goes.... :)

~*~*~ My 1st LV Bag ~*~*~

Garry left for China on Sat morning and I have been staying over at my parents plc over the weekend. Hmm... can't wait for him to come back on Sunday. Only when a person is away then you realise how much their pressence means to you. *siGh* Anyway I came home yesterday and got to sleep on my cozy bed with Toby of cos :) Hehe... so shiok~ even Toby didnt wake up when I did to get ready for work... he continued lazing on the bed lor. Onli lifted himself up when I opened the door to go out *peNgz*

Reached office earli so decided to get breakfast and bumped into Hazel when I was walking back. Wat a way to start the day man... Today's web order was a killer !! So much to do and it seemed like it was neverending. Took quite long for me to complete it. Sheesh!~ Only completed it after lunch. Heng I still managed to finish everything on time. While at work, I decided that today was going to be the day I bought my bag!! Hehehe... :)

Initially arranged to meet Zhi and Sharon for dinner at Big O after work today... In the end, I emailed them and told them that I wanted to pop by the Louis Vuitton shop cos I wanted to get my bag. Decided to go to the outlet at Hilton Hotel. Hehehe... since that was the place I bought my wallet from. Dun quite like the SAs at the outlet at Ngee Ann. Abit atas la.

Hahah... it was pouring when I reached Orhard... cham man... during the whole time, I was worryin how I would carry the bag out of the store while on my way to Hilton... heheh... while browsing around the store, one of the SAs who was helpin another buyer pack her purchase started puttin this transparent plastic over the paper bag and I was relieved. hehehe... the paperbag had a raincoat!! hahaha.... =)

Anyway I compared between the Monogram and Damier and finally decided to go with the Damier although I would love to get the Monogram as I would then have the complete set since my wallet and coin purse was in Monogram. But... maintance la... I'm sure I'll be very heartache when I see the leather stains on the side and especially on the handle. So better not... heheh.... my investment have to look good even after 10 years :) Heheh...

Finally made my purchase but I forgot to ask them for a catelogue!! *pEngz* It was still raining but by then we were all so hungry we just made our way to Big O. Ordered our food and boy was it delicious. The Rum & Raisin shake was ggggoooooddddd!!! =) Sat there talkin and talkin until pass 10pm before making our way home...

Now that I've gotten this, it's 1 item off my wish list... hahaha... :) Will be starting to save for the other bag which I'm targetting to get in October... so if u guys are tinking of getting me something for my bday... please jus give me the cash... heheh... :) I think it would probably be either the Palermo or the Tivoli, which has the monogram prints on it. In which size I guess I will just decide later. Hmm.... would the lighter part get stained? Aiyoz... I tink I will leave the headaches for later... and be happy with my Speedy for now, which I tink I will only start using this weekend when I go and fetch my Darling from the airport :)

K la I better go off and sleep liao. Was supposed to do my PDR but I kept gettin error messages! Damn it! This means that I have to be in office at least an hr earlier so that I can do my PDR peacefully with no disturbance... Oh god! Pls let me wake up in time...
